In End of Light a psychedelic introduction creates an atmosphere of tension and expectation: the eclipse is almost complete; we are living the last minutes before total darkness.

The lyrics, more descriptive than in the first song, focus on how the people of Lagash will face the first night after the total eclipse. The fear of madness, placed on the side, leaves room for the theme of memory, essential for not forgetting individual and collective identity, the only sure basis for building a future.
